OUR culture
Cadence General was established in 2018, providing general contractor services all over the state of Alaska. Our mission is to create a long-term relationship with our clients by gaining trust through our exceptional service. We handle a vast majority of jobs, such as industrial, healthcare, office, retail, and recreational. Here at Cadence, we strongly believe the strongest foundation is our teams’ collaboration. We love what we do, we have fun doing it and we’re good at it.

Kendall Wilson
Managing Manager
Kendall Wilson is a lifelong Alaskan who grew up in Fairbanks but made the move to Anchorage right after high school to continue his career in the construction industry. While juggling work obligations and a young growing family, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Kendall brings 24 years of commercial construction experience, including experience on design-build projects and projects valued at up to $30 million. His focus is always on fostering great client relationships, while also strengthening the company's policies and maintaining a great company culture. In Kendall’s downtime, he enjoys adventuring outdoors year-round with his wife, Sam, and their four (!!!) kids.
Brian Ginder
Project Manager
Brian Ginder has been a Project Manager here at Cadence since 2019, however, he brings 25 years of commercial construction experience to the team. Brian is a valuable team member who has the capacity to think outside the box, keep us organized, and turn new knowledge into a successful product or service.
Ross Horton
Project Manager
Ross has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys working with owners and investors to deliver the final project. Ross’ artistic and design skills, coupled with his construction knowledge, provide clients with a fresh perspective in commercial construction.
In addition to Ross’ professional experience, he also has formal education in both construction management and business. When Ross is not working on client projects, he is hunting, fishing, or exploring Alaska with his wife and kids.
Lindsay Duncan
General Manager
Lindsay is relatively new to the construction field, having made the move over from the oil and gas industry in 2020. Her oilfield background includes operations and project management working for both small independent and large public companies. She has spent the last few years learning construction and is happy to report construction folks are just as great as their oilfield counterparts. She grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and received her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband and two kids traveling and exploring Alaska.
Carolyn Kinzie
Project Coordinator
Carolyn is a new member of our team. She received her education from Oregon State University. In the midst of the pandemic, she moved back home to Alaska where she finished her education online, receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Despite her science background, she wanted to broaden her knowledge and branched out to Cadence as a Project Coordinator.
